Pay&Card is a pre-launch project operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Notice explains how we process personal data when you visit payandcard.com (the “Site”), join the Pay&Card waitlist or contact us. It does not apply to a future Pay&Card product or service, which will be accompanied by separate product-specific information before it is made available.
1. Who is responsible
In this Notice, “Pay&Card”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the team operating the Site under the Pay&Card brand. We are responsible for the website waitlist and communications described here. The legal identity and any required regulatory information for a future financial product will be provided before that product is offered.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your age and consent confirmations, the time of sign-up, the consent-version shown to you and the form source. If you contact us, we collect the information you choose to include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Hosting, delivery and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages or resources, date and time of requests, and security-related events. We do not store a visitor’s IP address in the waitlist database.
Please do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys, card details, payment information, identity documents or other sensitive information through the Site, email, Telegram or WhatsApp.
3. How we use information
- to manage the waitlist and send requested product and launch updates;
- to respond to contact, business and partnership enquiries;
- to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site;
- to prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorised access; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
Where consent is required, we use your waitlist email and send product updates only with the consent you give through the form. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
4. Service providers and transfers
We use service providers that help us host, secure and deliver the Site, acting on our instructions and only where necessary for the purposes above. At publication, this includes Amazon Web Services hosting in Frankfurt, Germany and Cloudflare for domain delivery, CDN and security services. If we appoint an email-delivery provider for waitlist updates, we will update this Notice before that provider processes waitlist data.
Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
5. Retention
We retain waitlist information until the earliest of your withdrawal of consent, the closure of the waitlist or 12 months after sign-up. We may keep a minimal suppression record where needed to honour an unsubscribe request or comply with law. We retain communications received through our contact channels for up to 12 months after resolution and security logs only for the period necessary to protect the Site and investigate abuse.
6. Cookies
The Site uses an essential cookie named pc_cookie_consent to remember your cookie choice for up to 12 months. No advertising, cross-site marketing or analytics cookies are active at the effective date of this Notice. If optional analytics are added, they will remain disabled unless you consent through Cookie settings on the Site.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and you may request a portable copy of information you provided. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. To make a request, email business@payandcard.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Security and age
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The Site and waitlist are intended for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
9. Changes to this Notice
We may update this Notice as the Site, providers or processing changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
