These Terms of Use govern access to and use of payandcard.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by the Pay&Card team from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.
1. Pre-launch website
Pay&Card is under development. The Site is provided for general informational purposes and describes a product concept and intended user experience.
No card, payment account, wallet, payment service, digital-asset service, bank account or other financial product is available through the Site. Nothing on the Site is an offer, invitation, solicitation, recommendation or financial promotion to buy, sell, exchange, custody, transfer or spend digital assets, or to apply for a card or payment product.
2. No advice and no reliance
Information on the Site is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should obtain independent advice before making decisions relating to digital assets or financial products.
3. Illustrative materials
Screens, card designs, balances, transactions, flows and other materials shown on the Site are illustrative design previews. They are not live records and do not demonstrate that a card, account, balance, partnership, licence, approval or product capability exists or is available.
Any future product availability, eligibility, features, supported assets, jurisdictions and timing will depend on applicable law, eligibility requirements and arrangements with appropriately authorised third-party providers. Nothing on the Site guarantees that a future product will be launched or made available to you.
4. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create an account, contract for financial services, reservation, right to access, priority position or guarantee of availability. It allows us to contact you about Pay&Card in accordance with the Privacy Notice. You may withdraw consent at any time, and we may change, pause or close the waitlist at any time.
5. Eligibility and acceptable use
The Site and waitlist are intended for people aged 18 or over. You may use the Site only for lawful, personal and informational purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the Site’s operation, security or availability;
- attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts;
- introduce malware, automated abuse or excessive scraping;
- use the Site or Pay&Card branding in a misleading way or imply a relationship, endorsement or partnership that does not exist; or
- use the Site in breach of applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, software, logos and other materials are owned by or licensed to Pay&Card and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use Pay&Card materials or branding without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party services, including Telegram and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their availability, content or practices.
Do not send sensitive, financial, account, card, identity, wallet, seed-phrase or private-key information through Telegram or WhatsApp. Pay&Card will not request such information through those channels.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, representations or guarantees about the Site, including its accuracy, completeness, availability, security or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pay&Card will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Changes and future product terms
We may update these Terms as the Site develops. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Any future product will have its own complete terms, responsible legal entity, regulated-provider disclosures and applicable governing-law information before that product is made available.
